Neeraj presented his final PhD seminar entitled "Fingerprinting proteins one by one using nanopore biosensors"

In his seminar, he talked about the potential of using heat denaturation and the anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to facilitate the electrokinetic single-molecule nanopore. Sensing of unfolded proteins. Also talked about, the characterization of voltage-dependent translocation dynamics of proteins through sub-5 nm solid-state nanopores, employing SDS concentrations below the critical micelle concentration.
